Myo-inositol
A naturally occurring compound, often grouped with the B vitamins, that's found in foods like fruits, beans and grains. It's a key ingredient in all four of our Hormonal Imbalance blends.
Ashwagandha
An herb with a long history in traditional Ayurvedic practice, often described as an "adaptogen." You'll find it in our Stress Relief Matcha Milk and in our iced tea blends.
Hydrolyzed marine collagen
Collagen is a protein naturally found in skin, hair and nails. "Hydrolyzed" means it has been broken down into smaller peptides so it mixes easily into a drink. It's in Skin Reboot Mango Milk, Collagen + Biotin Winter Melon Milk Tea and Immunity Booster Pomelo Juice.
Biotin
Also known as vitamin B7, biotin is a popular beauty-routine vitamin. It pairs with collagen in our Winter Melon Milk Tea.
L-theanine
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves. We pair it with Arabica coffee in our Caramel Latte and White Chocolate Mocha for a smoother coffee moment.
Magnesium
An essential mineral involved in many everyday body processes. We use well-absorbed forms like magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate across several blends.
Probiotics
"Friendly" bacteria commonly found in fermented foods. They're included in our Hormonal Imbalance line and in Immunity Booster Pomelo Juice.
Sweetened naturally
Instead of refined sugar, our blends are sweetened with stevia (steviol glycosides) or monk fruit extract. That's why each serving is only about 20 to 42 calories.
